Credits are money committed up front and drawn down through the year as people book classes. One purchase order instead of eleven.
Why organizations use them
Training budget is usually approved annually and spent unpredictably. Somebody needs a class in March, two more in June, and the certification renewal nobody planned for lands in October. Each one is its own requisition, and by the third the person raising them has stopped enjoying their job.
Credits collapse that into one approval. After that, booking a seat is an internal decision rather than a purchasing one.
How they work
- You buy a credit balance. One invoice, one purchase order.
- Anyone you nominate can book against it.
- Credits apply to any class in the catalog, ours or a partner’s.
- You get a running balance and a record of who took what.
- Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Worth knowing
Credits are not a discount by default. If you want volume pricing, ask, and we will quote it against the classes you actually expect to take rather than a generic tier table.
The 12-month expiry is real. Organizations that buy a large balance in Q4 to use the budget, then forget about it, lose the tail end. If a balance is going unused, tell us before it expires rather than after.
