IIBA runs three tiers by experience: ECBA for people starting out, CCBA in the middle, CBAP for people who have been doing the work for years.
Most of the value is in requirements elicitation, which is the part of the job everyone does badly and nobody trains for. Modelling notation you can look up. Getting a stakeholder to tell you what they actually need is harder.
