These terms apply to every enrollment. Some courses carry additional restrictions set by the certifying body or the delivering partner, and where those conflict with anything below, the stricter terms apply. Ask before booking if you are unsure which applies to a class.
Satisfaction guarantee
We stand behind our quality. If you are not satisfied with your course, contact us. Standard rescheduling policies may apply.
Money-back pass guarantee
Through our partner, a 100% money-back pass guarantee is available on select PMP certification preparation courses. Contact customer service for full details and requirements. All other courses are not eligible.
Cancellations and refunds
Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot attend, so your space can be offered to another. All course fees are 100% refundable, as long as your written notice of cancellation is received at least ten (10) business days prior to the course date. Email: Sales@KeelixTraining.com. Failure to attend the course without written notification to the above email prior to the start of the course will be considered a “No Show” and will result in forfeiture of the full course price. Instead of a refund, you may request that the value be moved into a course voucher or credit, valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation.
Self-Paced courses are non-refundable if courseware has been ordered for the student.
Purchases made online through this site may be refunded within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, the voucher terms above apply.
Changing an enrollment
Changes to a booking, whether the date, the student or the class type, must be requested:
- at least 10 business days for public open enrollment courses
- at least 35 calendar days for private dedicated events
Requests beyond those limits will use the participant’s free retake credit if one is available.
Rescheduling
Written notice to Sales@KeelixTraining.com, by:
- Public classes: a minimum of ten business days before the start date
- Private and dedicated events: a minimum of fifteen business days before the start date
Inside those windows:
- Public classes: the fee is forfeited, including any coupon or learning credit applied. A retake may still be available, with courseware or lab fees where they apply.
- Dedicated events: a 25% rescheduling fee applies, plus any costs already committed such as travel, contractors, third-party labs or courseware.
The longer notice on dedicated events is not arbitrary. An instructor is booked and materials are ordered against your dates, and those commitments are made well before the class runs.
Retakes
Open enrollment courses only.
- One free retake within 6 months of the original course date. Courseware or lab fees may apply.
- Retakes are subject to seat availability.
No-shows and late arrival
A participant who does not attend is charged the full course fee. A retake may still be available, plus courseware and lab fees where they apply.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the seat is released to a standby student. Anyone arriving more than 30 minutes late may not be admitted, and is then treated as a no-show.
Substitutions
You may substitute one participant for another, except on courses where a third party restricts it. Rescheduling rules may still apply.
Recordings
Some public virtual sessions are recorded and made available for review afterward. PMI courses are excluded because of Authorized Training Partner restrictions. Partner-led courses may/may not be recorded, depending on their guidelines. Recordings for dedicated events are not provided by default but may be available on request.
Where recordings are provided, access runs for 30-90 days after the session.
Labs and course materials
Some lab environments are available for 6 months on courses that include them, unless a third-party provider imposes a shorter term. 1-2 Day Microsoft Office classes labs are available only for the day of class. Class files are available for practice on your own computer after class.
Where a course includes learning portal content, access expires 6 months from the date of purchase. Extensions may be available for a fee.
Vouchers and learning credits
Vouchers and learning credits are valid for 12 months from the date they are issued. Rescheduling and the policies above still apply.
Payment terms
Card payments are authorized at checkout and charged once the seat is confirmed. Invoices are issued at contract signature unless your organization requires otherwise, and payment is due within 30 days of receipt or the start of class, whichever comes first.
