AZ-400 is the certification, and it explicitly requires you to already hold AZ-104 or AZ-204. That is not a suggestion, it is a prerequisite on the exam.
The GitHub classes are worth taking on their own merits even if you never sit AZ-400. Actions and Advanced Security cover things most teams are already using badly.
One caution: the certification leans hard on Azure DevOps. If your pipelines run somewhere else, the GitHub track alone may serve you better.
