MD-102 is the endpoint half of the job: Intune, autopilot, device compliance. Whether you need it depends entirely on whether your organization has split those responsibilities or handed both to the same person, which in a lot of mid-size shops it has.
MS-900 is a fundamentals class. Skip it if you already administer anything in the tenant.
