Most SOC analyst postings list Security+ as a hard requirement, and HR filters on it whether or not you already know the material. Plenty of people with three years of helpdesk behind them try to skip it and get screened out anyway.
CySA+ is where the job actually starts. Security+ teaches vocabulary; CySA+ teaches you to read an alert queue and decide what matters. If the shop runs Microsoft Sentinel, and a lot of them do now, SC-200 is worth the four days.
Roughly two weeks of classroom time across the three, though nobody sensible does them back to back.
