No public dates scheduled right now

This class runs as a private cohort on dates that suit your team, at your site or delivered live online. Tell us roughly when and how many people, and we'll come back with dates and a total.

Private delivery is usually faster and works out better per seat once you're past four or five people.

About this class

Improving Your Workflows with AI (1 day) is not on the public schedule at the moment, and runs as a private cohort on dates you choose. Seats are $795 each over 1 day, courseware included. Tell us your dates and headcount and a quote comes back the same business day. Purchase orders welcome.

Most people who try AI tools get inconsistent results. The problem usually isn’t the tool. It’s the starting point. This workshop teaches a practical, repeatable method for identifying where AI can save you real time, building prompts that actually work, and redesigning your workflow around the improvement.

This isn’t a survey of AI tools or a demo of everything that exists. It’s a working session built around your real job. You’ll bring a workflow you own, analyze where it slows down, identify the right AI application, write and test a prompt, and leave with a redesigned process you can implement immediately.

Every exercise connects to a single workflow thread you carry from the first module through the last. By the end of the session, you won’t just understand the concepts. You’ll have applied them to something that matters to you. Participants who complete the full-day session leave with two redesigned workflows, a tested prompt library for their most common tasks, and a method they’ve proven they can apply independently.

  • Evaluate AI-generated output against a defined goal and iterate with targeted revisions
  • Redesign a workflow to incorporate AI at the right point, with human review checkpoints built in
