About this class
We have 1 scheduled date of Camtasia Studio, starting Nov 17-18. We teach this one ourselves, with our own instructors and courseware. Seats are $995 each over 2 days, courseware included. Book online with a card, or send a purchase order and we will invoice on net 30 terms.
This two day, instructor led course will introduce you to the essential skills you need to know to get up and running with TechSmith Camtasia as quickly as possible. Our Camtasia training course uses the latest version, Camtasia Studio 2023, but if you haven’t upgraded yet, the course features work from earlier versions of Camtasia as well. Using TechSmith Camtasia, you can quickly create eLearning for software demonstrations, software simulations, soft skills lessons (such as onboarding or compliance training), and anything in-between. You can share your finished project so it can be accessed by learners using desktop computers, laptops, tables and other mobile devices. Your content can be hosted on a web server, Learning Management System, YouTube, Vimeo, Screencast.com and more. You will learn how you can include recordings of existing PowerPoint presentations or software demonstrations created directly on your computer using Camtasia Recorder. You will use the powerful Camtasia Editor to add animations, voiceover audio, graphics, music, annotations, closed captions, quizzes, and even surveys to a project.
Before you attend
Because of the amount of material we cover in class, we do require students to be comfortable using a mouse, opening and saving files, and the general operations of computers. While we will make every reasonable effort to help, students with insufficient skills may be required to observe the class lessons or do their best to keep up without slowing down the rest of the class. We highly recommend working with the application tutorial before coming to the course.
How reserving works. Your card is authorized, not charged. We confirm the seat with the training center, usually within one business day, and take payment only once it is held. If the class turns out to be full we release the authorization and you are not charged.
