This describes what this site collects and why. It is written to be read rather than to be legally exhaustive, and it should be reviewed by counsel before you rely on it.
What we collect
- Quote requests: your name, email, phone, organization, and whatever you write in the message.
- Bookings: the same, plus the name and email of each attendee you enroll, and a purchase order number if you supply one.
- Payments: card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We keep a payment reference, the amount, and whether it succeeded.
- Site usage: standard web server logs, and cookies WordPress sets for logged-in users.
Why
To quote you, to book seats, to get the right people into the right classes, and to keep records of what was sold. Attendee names and emails go to the organization delivering the class, because that is how a seat gets registered.
Who else sees it
- The training organization delivering a class you booked.
- Stripe, for payment processing.
- Nobody else. We do not sell data and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enrollment and transaction records are kept as long as tax and contract obligations require. Quote requests that did not become bookings are kept while they are useful and deleted when they are not.
Your rights
California residents can ask what we hold about them, ask for it to be deleted, and ask us not to sell it. We do not sell it. Ask through the contact page and we will respond within the statutory window.
If someone enrolled you in a class and you would rather we did not hold your details, say so and we will remove them once the class has run.
