Two different things, often confused.
Private cohorts
An existing course, run for your team on dates you choose, at your site or delivered live online. Same outline, same materials, no strangers in the room.
Past about four people it usually costs less per seat than public dates, and the instructor can answer questions about your environment instead of a generic one. Anything in the catalog can run this way.
Custom courses
Something written for you. This is the part a catalog cannot do.
Most training fails not because the instructor was poor but because the class was built for a general audience and your team is not one. Half the room already knows the first day. The parts they actually need are in a different course, or in no course at all.
We build around what your people run: your tenant, your ticketing process, your compliance obligations, the legacy systems nobody wants to talk about. That can mean an existing course reworked to use your data and your scenarios, or something written from nothing.
How to start
Tell us the gap, not the course title. Often the class you were about to book is not the one that fixes it.
Useful things to have to hand: roughly how many people, what they can already do, what they need to be able to do, and when. Budget helps too, because it changes what is worth building versus buying.
What it costs
Private delivery of an existing course is priced per cohort rather than per seat. Custom development is quoted on scope. We will tell you when an off-the-shelf class would do the job for less, because a customer who did not need what we sold them does not come back.
