Placing an order
Send the class, the dates and a headcount and you get a quote back the same business day, formatted for a solicitation response rather than a retail receipt. Quotes reference the vehicle you intend to order against and carry line-item pricing at schedule rates.
If you are ordering a single seat or two and your office issues purchase cards, the fastest route is usually to book straight through the site. Above your card threshold, or wherever procurement wants a purchase order on file, choose the invoice option at checkout and we hold the seat while the PO is processed. Terms are net 30.
Before you can raise the order
Most agencies need us registered in a system of theirs first. Tell us which one early rather than after the dates are picked, because that is the step that usually costs a week. W-9 and supplier registration forms are available on request and we have completed more of them than we care to count.
Section 508 and accessibility
Accessible courseware is available on request for most of the catalog. Ask before booking rather than after, since some titles need lead time to source in an accessible format.
