This half day, hands on session gets learners straight into solving a real work problem using OpenAI’s ChatGPT. After a short refresher on prompting basics, small teams pick a task that has been slowing them down, build and test prompts against it, and walk out with a working solution along with a clear sense of how they got there.
What you'll be able to do
- Recall core prompt types used in ChatGPT, including instruction, question, role, context, and refinement prompts
- Write and test prompts that solve a specific, real workplace task
- Review ChatGPT's output with a critical eye and improve it through iteration
- Work with a team to design and present an AI supported solution
- Recognize basic ethical considerations, such as privacy and accuracy, when using ChatGPT at work
